Train your mentality till it becomes second nature

It is incredible how we are capable of changing things in our lives in so many aspects. It's way beyond our comprehension. It might not be easy to get it, but everything happens FOR us, not TO us. It's just amazing. Whether we like it or not, that' the fact. Everything happens FOR us. For our own benefit. How we take it, that's the difference.

You see, whatever it is or it maybe, if it was meant to happen, it will happen whether you like it or not. What you are in charge of is how you react to it. It's easy to take things for granted, even the things you earned it with so much effort. We always have to remind ourselves how fortunate we are to have things that other people won't get to have. Everything happens for reasons. Even when you think that the whole world is against you, still, there are so many people who would die to trade place with you. I'm gonna be honest. I've had amazing life so far, thanks to my wonderful parents. They took great care of me and gave me so much knowledge and opportunities that I wouldn't have otherwise. Also they taught me how to be brave and embrace who I am. And I cannot be more grateful to have them as my parents. Yet, I still have to constantly remind myself how fortunate and blessed I am to have what I've given at this point in my life. And whatever it is that I have right now, that's all given to me by this great Universe. Unfortunately I often forget that and start thinking "Why is this life so tough?!" "Why is this happening to me?!" "Why isn't my life/career going anywhere!?" "Why does everything happen to that person and not me?!" "Why is it that everybody else has so much more opportunities?!" and the list goes on and on when all I have to do is to focus on being better myself, preparing for any opportunities that might come along, and being grateful for the great future that I'm about to have.

It's all about mentality. And it is exactly like a muscle memory. We have to train ourselves to have certain mentality till that becomes second nature. All the workshops and seminars that I've been to, at the end of the day, they all say the same thing. "Be true to who you are and embrace that". Seriously, they all say that. No matter it is that we want to do or pursue, we have to be true to your heart first. That' the bottom line. As long as you're trying to be someone else, comparing yourself to someone else, or trying to please other people, you are not going anywhere.

1)Be who you are and love who you are
2)Start listening to your inner voice/instincts
3)Stop trying to be who you "want" to be or who you "think you should"be.

We cannot change how other people think or feel. All we can change is how we think or feel. We are all in charge of our life. Be better than who you were yesterday. Be more free than who you were yesterday. Life is meant to  be happy and fun. And that happens when you are truly present in the moment. Without any doubts or ego, truly be in that moment. I mean, when was the last time you were truly present in any situation!? When was the last time you just let go and let yourself feel whatever it is that you are feeling?! When was the last time you had fun!? When was the last time when you were truly grateful for what you have? And we need to start doing that. You don't have to compare yourself to anything or anyone for that matters. It might not be the way you want it to be, but everything will work out. You might not be where you want or have what you want, but you are not where you could have been. Things might been much worse than it is. Please don't forget to remind yourself how blessed you are in the middle of that situation.

We are all meant to be better. Be prepared for any situation. Be ready for any opportunities and seize it. Be grateful for anything that you are facing. Life is beautiful when you decide to see it that way. Love is the source of all energy. Let's start from the place of love, not of EGO. Live like today is the last day.

Love,
